Problem statement

Municipalities are under increasing pressure to do more with fewer resources, while maintaining compliance with strict data privacy and security regulations. Existing AI tools often fall short, because they lack proper safeguards and they are not tailored to government use. There is a need for a secure, compliant, and customizable AI platform that enables local governments to safely integrate AI into their daily workflows without compromising trust, transparency, or efficiency.

Results

The Mynte platform is currently in the testing phase with selected municipalities, and early feedback has been important in iterating its core features and user experience. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with product managers and developers to define key user flows and ensure alignment with government standards.

While it's still in development, Mynte is shaping up to be a scalable solution that helps local governments to integrate AI safely and effectively into their daily operations.
